The best views of Barcelona

The best views of Barcelona

The terrace of the Las Arenas shopping center

In Barcelona, ??bullfights are not allowed, so the bull rings have alternative uses. In the old Plaza de toros de las Arenas, in the Plaza de España, you will find the Las Arenas shopping center. Go up to the terrace on the top floor and enjoy the spectacular views of the city, 360º, while you dine or drink something in one of the many bars and restaurants.

Parc d'Atraccions Tibidabo

Barcelona borders the Collserola mountain. Its highest mountain is El Tibidabo, where it is located in an amusement park. From there the panoramic views of the entire city with breathtaking views.

Carmel Bunkers

In addition to enjoying spectacular views of the city, you can learn a little more about the history of Barcelona. The Bunkers of the Carmel is an area of ??anti-aircraft batteries of the Spanish Civil War and many of the places on the hill Turó de la Rovira have unbeatable views of Barcelona.

Eclipse Bar at Hotel W Barcelona

The silhouette of the Hotel W Barcelona is already part of the skyline of the city. The hotel is located at the beginning of the beaches and close to the port. If you fancy a drink and enjoy beautiful views of the sea, do not miss the Eclipse bar on the 26th floor. One of the hot spots among international students who visit Barcelona every year.

 Turó del Putxet Park

The Putxet is located in the upper area of ??the city. This park is located on top of a small mound from where you can enjoy fabulous views of Barcelona. From there you can see from the Montjuïc mountain to the Agbar tower as well as a piece of sea. From the viewpoint of the park you can enjoy views of the city in 360 degrees.

Park Güell

We could not not mention in this post the masterpiece of the great architect Antoni Gaudí, a "must" on your list of places to visit in Barcelona during my study abroad. The viewpoint is located in a huge terrace of the Plaza de la Naturaleza, surrounded by a wavy bench full of beautiful mosaics, where the views of Barcelona reach the sea, with a close-up of some modernist buildings of the Park Güell as the Casa del Guard. Keep in mind that it is one of the most visited places in Barcelona so it is best to book your ticket up to 3 months in advance on the official website. Park Güell is open every day of the year and you can check the schedule here..
