It is clear that we are living an unprecedented 2020. Following the recommendations of the authorities, many of the activities and events that take place each year in the fall, have been canceled, postponed or changed their format to virtual. However, despite these exceptional measures that are being carried out to contain the spread of covid-19, there are many options and places to visit that will allow us to know a little more about this wonderful city. Do you want to know what are our plans and favorite places to visit in this very different autumn? Keep reading!

Our recommendations in Barcelona

  • Turó del Putxet Park

In the Putxet neighborhood, just a few minutes walking from our refurbished building located in Balmes 335, we find this beautiful and spacious park full of green areas and paths for walking. Thanks to its unevenness, you can enjoy wonderful views of the entire city and many of its most iconic monuments such as the Torre Agbar or the Sagrada Familia. We recommend you buy some chestnuts or a sweet potato, and take it to the park to eat it while you enjoy its wonderful views.

  • Walk through the Gothic Quarter and the Born

Undoubtedly, two of the neighborhoods with the longest history in the city and which attract the most visitors throughout the year are El Born and El Gótico. These areas are full of streets that will transport you to a Barcelona of the past. In addition, walking through its streets you will find all kinds of small shops, bars, restaurants and places to photograph. Many of these places offer take away food, so we recommend you eat in one of its squares and corners, while you let yourself fall in love with the beauty of Barcelona.

If you like it as much as we do, we remind you that we have a completely renovated building in Calle de la Princesa

  • Tamarita Gardens

Very close to our Balmes 335 building, this small and cozy park is located, which is frequented by residents of the area, groups of young athletes and lovers of reading. The tranquility and beauty of its vegetation will help you disconnect from the city, without leaving it.

Thanks to the mild autumn climate in Barcelona, ??we recommend that you choose a good book and sit down to enjoy the tranquility of this park.

  • Paseo Marítimo and Barceloneta beach

If you like to do sports outdoors, you are a lover of skateboarding, cycling, or you are simply one of those who would spend hours looking at the immensity of the sea, you cannot miss this wonderful walk bathed by the waters of the Mediterranean. We recommend you go very early in the morning, with a good coffee, to enjoy the most authentic and peaceful version of this beautiful place.

These are just some suggestions, in future publications we will continue to discover other plans and places to do in Barcelona.
