Utilities and Services
In BSH you have all expenses and services in an all inclusive rate. You should add € 165 (€ 115 if you stay in double room)monthly to the price of rent. This amount guarantees that all costs are covered, in addition to enjoying the services indicated below.

University flat cleaning service
So you can make the most of your time, you can enjoy cleaning service once or twice a week (depending on the size of your apartment). You are only required to clean cooking utensils after use and take out the garbage daily to maintain order and harmony among all students. -
General apartment maintenance
What happens if the washing machine breaks down or there is a water leak? You just have to contact us and we will send a technician to fix it, no worries. We handle small or large incidents that inevitably happen in the day. -
Utilities: (electricity, water, gas, heat)
The high electricity rates in Spain is a very important point to keep in mind when looking for accommodation, otherwise you can take surprises when you get the bill, especially in the coldest months of the year. So although we encourage responsible consumption at we include in the price all your bills up to € 65 per month (Zona B limited to 45 euros), so you forget to pay unexpected charges.. -

Equipment of the rooms
All BSH rooms are equipped with a bed, wardrobe, a desk and a study chair. For all our students we provide 2 sets of sheets and a duvet for the winter.
Price and deposit
Deposit: 650 euros for a double room and 900 euros for a single room
Hiring expenses: 250 euros (you can check if your university has special conditions in the partners section)
The monthly fee is composed of rent + expenses and services. The total of the sum is the total that you will pay each month, without surprises.
