Booking

How do I make my reservation?

Send the contact form on the website with your details filled in. Attached to our reply e-mail, we'll send you a registration form. Fill that out with your reservation details and we will send you the payment agreement. To confirm the reservation we need to receive the security deposit payment and the contract fee.

What is the security deposit?

The deposit is a guarantee in the event of damage.

This is not a monthly payment, it is a room deposit and will be returned at the end of the your stay. This deposit will not cover any rent for the last month of the contract. When your stay is over, the room will be reviewed to check that everything is in perfect condition and that no damage has not occurred and the full set of keys will be delivered.

What are the costs of contract?

They are administrative costs that come with every booking. Some schools and universities have an agreement by which students are exempt from this payment. Please check and see if your school is one of them.

What happens if I cancel my booking after payment?

If the cancellation is made at least 60 days before the date of arrival the deposit will be returned (minus the contract costs). Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to arrival will result in loss of deposit and contract costs.

 

Preparing for your arrival

Where do I have to pick up the keys when I arrive in Barcelona?

Once the payment is made we will send you, together with the confirmation of the reservation, an automatic e-form that you can fill in your exact arrival details. After confirming your arrival time on the same e-form you can choose from several options: hire a shuttle service to meet you at the airport, request for us to meet you directly at the apartment with the keys or to collect the keys at the location of your choice.

When do I sign the contract?

You have to come in personally and sign the contract to our offices. If you arrive on weekends or outside office hours, you will have to pass by our offices on the first working day after your arrival.

What happens if I do not arrive on the scheduled date?

To hold your reservation, you will have to pay rent for the month. In the event that we do not receive the rent payment, the company reserves the right to give your room away.

 

PAYMENTs

How do I make monthly payments?

On the day you sign the contract (the day of your arrival or the first working after your arrival) will pay the proportional part of the month in progress. The rest of monthly payments will always be between 1st and 5th of each month.

You can pay by direct debit, payment in person in our offices or transfer by credit card or cash. The day of your arrival you will have to indicate the method of payment chosen.

If you pay by transfer, the amount of the payments must be exact and the transfer costs must be borne by the applicant. Transfers should contain the name on the account and the name and last name of the tenant.

 

Moving out

What should I do the day of departure?

The departure is before 10 am. If you need to leave the apartment after that time and if there is no arrival scheduled immediately after your departure, we can authorize a late check-out so that you don't have to get up early.

What happens if I need to leave ahead of schedule?

Longer stays enjoy a better rate than short stays. If you shorten your stay you will have to pay the difference in the rate, if any. If you give at least two months notice you are entitled to a refund of the security deposit minus the remaining difference from that month and a 150E cancellation fee.

If there is no notice no two month notice, or in the case of expulsion, the deposit will be automatically be forfeited.

When and how do I receive my security deposit?

If there has been no damage made, the deposit is refunded by bank transfer to the account you indicate, within a maximum period of 21 days after your departure date.

We will charge €100 room cleaning fee in case the room is not delivered in a presentable and correct state.

If the keys are lost a €50 deposit will be charged.
